Deposit is far to high at 450 pounds, the move in was a mess with the required documents only been sent the day we were meant to collect keys. The agency then tried to blame this on us and refused to accept any accountability for their mistake. Repairs were very slow to be carried out and often made to be reported multiple times as they were not fixed properly the first time, including the front door which was broken and as a result often unable to be shut. Property rating

Property is a decent size, however appliances were very old and in poor condition. Bathroom was v prone to black mold which was present in abundance when we moved in. The property was also in a disgusting mess and had clearly not been cleaned when we moved in, mold, hair, dust ect as well as several appliances and sofas wee broken when moving in
