Kindly avoid this landlord.
On accepting the tenancy surrender she has increased the rent for the new tenant before he joins.
I was in the property only for 1 month.

Letting Agent rating
Please please avoid this letting agent.
They would reply very promptly while renting the property.
But once you enter into the flat they show 0 responsibility towards the tenants.
Many of the broken things are not repaired or replied to.
They wont pick up your calls or replies to your emails.
Due to movement in the work situation i had to move to Edinburgh,
The break clause was terrible and even on finding a tenant they did not give any timely replies (Replies once in 3 days).
The new tenant found a better agent and a property.
So its a sincere request kindly avoid letting with stoneacre properties at all cost.
