Landlord rating

Lazy. Cheap. Didn't fix the aforementioned issues. He often sent his girlfriends father to fix things & he didn't have a clue. He arranged viewings just after bringing my newborn baby home. His girlfriend hassled my partner on Facebook instead of contacting the letting agent! He would have personal parcels send to my address instead of his own. He knew he was planning to sell the house from underneath us but he STILL listed the property as a long term lease.

Uncooperative. Intrusive. Rude. Lazy. Rubbish with reporting repairs but if they had an issue they would hassle me.

Property rating

This house was like the house that Jack built! Little did we know rats were able to get in and out. The landlord knew because when we in investigated we found a rat trap under the cooker! Faulty hot water tap in kitchen. Faulty electrics. Bath not installed properly so shower water would leak into the kitchen.

Area rating

Not bad but not good. Friendly neighbours, however wouldn't live in the area again. Took the house because of commuting links and landlord allowed my dog on property.
