Had no direct interaction, didn't even leave an address to forward post. Repeatedly tried to do quarterly checks via Hardisty to enter the property during a government lockdown. Unreasonable before tenancy start date (would only rent from 1st of month) and ending the tenancy by trying to make deductions for the carpet cleaning and cleaning when we had professional cleaners in the property for both. Claimed to find animal hair and wanted to charge £117 for carpets cleaning and £140 a full clean when it had already been done. I would be very wary about renting from this landlord

Small 4 bed basic house, with cheap carpets and curtains that were worn. East facing garden surrounded by other neighbours children and pets. Not much for nearly £1400 per month.
