Couldn't get in touch with her straight away. Never told you when she was going on holiday just didn't answer her phone.
Brought some one in to deal with tenants but could only be contacted by email also took a while to get back to you because she couldn't answer until she had spoken to the landlady.

Terrace house.
Boiler was very old and didn't always work, landlady preferred to just keep replacing parts rather than fork out for a new one.
Damp issues through out the house, land lady's solution was to give us a dehumidifyer
