High fees that were no matched with service. The agent charges high deposit and admin fees and then failed to return the bond until several enquiries were made. Repairs were slow and often rejected.

The flat was good. There were some problems with drainage on the balcony and the bathrooms could have been refreshed. Cleanliness of the communal areas was a problem within the block and there was a fair amount of junk in the car park.
