It is impossible to get anything repaired. I've been without hot water for 5 months, sent an official complaint and got no reply. The on-site staff are unavailable, rude and non-responsive.

The building is grossly dirty, the lift never works, very low hygiene standards, no amenities work. Workers burned construction materials right outside the building multiple times AND left the fires unattended!

The neighbourhood is fine but there are not enough lampposts by the gates to feel safe. The property is also never closed so anyone can enter.
