The building setup reminds me of student accommodation except we're all young adults at the beginning of our career.
Everything was sound until terrible new management came on board. There are so many problems with the building such as washing machine and lifts broken down constantly. One day, I got pulled up because according to management, I invited my partner over several times a week. I asked how they knew and they told me I was monitored over a few weeks and reminded me of the rules with visitors. Hyelm now has an intrusive feel to it with big brother type CCTV everywhere. I hear that they even hired people to watch you on the tele in their transparent offices.Glad to be out of there but to wannabe renters, you have been warned!
