The condition of the property was old and very worn. Everything installed is done cheaply which is obvious from the out set. Only benefits were a private driveway. Most of the out buildings have the landlords property in so they’re a bit pointless.

We found out the previous tenants had been subletting and in total 6 adults were living there.
