The property has two decent sized rooms and a large bathroom.
Both bedrooms are extremely prone to mould
Electricity is expensive as it is on a prepayment meter
Walls and ceilings are paper thin
One of the rooms is on a slope
When I moved in furniture was missing
Our boiler was leaking costing us huge amounts of money and making us ill
Our oven was deemed dangerous when someone other than the engineer they assured to us was safe despite us raising significant safety concerns about, inspected it
Metal bolts were sticking out of my floor
The kitchen surface had a metal strip sticking up with nails
The kitchen counter was wobbly
We had a hole in our wall which rain leaked into
