6 room terraced house on a busy road and bus route, only disturbing to the 3 rooms on the road side of the property. All very different sized rooms but with the same price paid per person. All noises from the loo could be heard from one room. Modern kitchen but the landlady took out the kitchen floor half way through the tenancy and didn't replace it, leaving an uncleanable plywood mess. Good sized fridge. Not much mould. Broken sofas.
