5 bedroom house, all rooms the same size. The downstairs bedroom has a constant mold problem, as does the kitchen. But all the other rooms are perfectly fine. The kitchen is a bit grim, pretty much everything could use replacing.
The garden has never been cared for, despite being told that the landlord would take care of it. Quite hard to enjoy summer days when the garden looks like a jungle.
On the plus side, all the appliances were included along with crockery and cutlery left by previous tenants.
