Property was not properly tended to before move-in (which was a pre-requisite of the lease agreement). Door handles were broken, floors were in terrible condition, mold on the skylight, leaking section of the roof, fridge was never properly connected. Made repeated attempts to remedy issues throughout tenancy but was offered no help or even response from agency or landlord.
