Large kitchen and lounge with a terrace, but everything is in dire need of renovation. The flat is ugly and furnished with things the landlords don’t have room for, making it cluttered. The small room is only just big enough for a double bed.
Current rodent infestation but the landlords don’t want to pay for an exterminator.
