The flat was fine, but the landlord was absent, so everything had to be done through the waste-of-space agency. The day before I was supposed to move in, I had a call saying there was an infestation and the carpet would have to be replaced, and could I move in a day later. This was fine, but they would not give me a refund on the day I couldn't occupy it.
