Mould present in kitchen, bathrooms, all bedrooms (whole wall covered in black mould, despite heating being on and windows kept open a crack).
Ripped carpets throughout, no provision of decent, functioning curtains or lightbulbs. House felt particularly cold despite significant attempts by the tenants to heat the property. Roof leaked into bedrooms - landlord refused to have roof properly fixed so damage to ceiling was induced.
