Great condition, had been repainted before moving in, no leaks, mould or damp anywhere. Great to have a separate kitchen despite it being a studio flat. Also love how much natural light the flat gets, and it overlooks some nice gardens (which also means you don't get any noise from the road - nice and peaceful!)
