Each floor has 1 flat. Ours was a flat of 6 with ensuite bathrooms, all very modern. Kitchen and one bedroom on one side of the hallway facing the back, 5 rooms on the other side facing the street. A lot of things were broken (shower heads, toilet seat, bed frame, sink drain, mirror lights)
