Beware, Nottingham's WORST letting agency!!

They obviously think students are stupid to fall for the renaming but we all know who you are. I've lived in one of their houses, it all started off fine, then whenever anything went wrong, they took weeks to fix it. Some of the builders that turned up would just let themselves in, without any warning and lets just say they certainly weren't the kind of people you want in your home without you being there.

At the end of our tenancy they conjured up over £600 in 'fees' they took from our deposit. We left the property pristine, but still they charged us all sorts of bizarre 'expenses' including 'fix kitchen door handle' for £25.... that was broken when we moved in.

These people are crooks, they try and be all 'cool' and 'down with the kids' but this is nothing more than a racket.

Almost never sends people to come repair things. Emailed many times about broken things within the flat and they always said they would send someone to fix it but they only sent someone 1 out of the 10 times. Never followed up on the other items. The sink drain in one of the rooms was stuck, unable to use sink for the whole semester, almost the whole academic year now. Horrible service.

Top letting agency, pay slightly more than the average rental property but it’s definitely worth it. Repairs are sorted quickly and tracked via an app. All very friendly and keep in regular contact via email.

Very difficult to contact and rarely fixed our problems. Arranged visits without giving us prior knowledge & giving us stupid suggestions to fix problems

For example: ‘We got broken into, how can we resolve this issue?’
Their response: ‘Stick a post it note on the front door to stop people from going to the wrong flat’
