1 Bedroom flat, needs some renovation, but the major issue was the construction of the building - it would shake from the passing by busses and trucks. My bedroom didn’t face the busy road, it was at the back of the house, but the bed would still shake every time a heavy transport passed by. I recorded the window frames making a noise and shaking from it as well. Had mice in the kitchen, they were still there when I was moving out. Guys from pest control said there were wholes in the walls.
