The flat I'm reviewing is Apartment 121, Romney House. For some reason the site removes the apartment number from the review.
The flat is relatively new, but not well insulated and radiators are extremely inefficient. Windows are broken and let cold air in. So we end up spending a fortune in winter to heat the flat. The flat is extremely noisy due to the lack of insulation.
The carpet is in very bad condition. I didn't ask the landlord to replace it because they are very hard to deal with.
Appliances are quite old. Furniture is old and broken.
