House is decent size, but was left in appalling condition and not properly cleaned until weeks after we moved in. Oven has STILL not been cleaned despite assurances, and there is structural damage to a load bearing wall that they have done nothing about. Mattresses stained and old, sofa falling to pieces and fridges and hot water being temperamental.
