The property was a 3 bedroom house share by the landlady, her son and myself. I rented the spare en-suite bedroom that was available. The room was furbished and pretty spacious but that's about as good as it gets unfortunately.
There was some serious hoarding as the house is uncomfortably stuffed with junk accumulated by the landlady. This got so bad that sometimes I couldn't even access the washing machine and the kitchen was often used to dry clothes in because of the lack of space. If you like to cook then you're out of luck because the kitchen literally has no work surfaces for you to work with and all I was given to put my stuff in was a small cupboard which was barely sufficient as I had to uncomfortably cram all my stuff into there.
The house can have a very strong dog odour at times because the owners don't wash the dogs very frequently and sometimes the dogs also defecate in the house, as they are very poorly trained if at all, making it smell even worse.
