1 Bed flat with 2 rooms in basement
Whole flat in awful condition
Basement floods
Bathroom ‘power shower’ barely worked
uncovered and dangerous cables (Illegal)
Bathroom flooring broken and coming off the floor
Mould suffering bathroom and basement
‘Dishwasher’ never worked
Flat was filthy upon moving in
Inventory was nothing like the actual condition of the flat
Upon moving in Garden was left in a state with loads of old broken pots and tools
Was made to keep filthy and broken furniture in basement
… the list goes on.
