West facing room is very very hot in summer.
Very noisy, school and mechanics opposite. You can hear trains into the night until 11pm. Mechanics start at 7am. Busy side road, cars going on to Portland high road.
Room was filthy when I moved in, I had to pay to get it cleaned.
