2 bedroom small bungalow, upon moving in it was grubby, dusty and had not been professionally cleaned.
The mould that grew I both the bedrooms was unbearable, it smelt so bad and stained my curtains and my bed. The landlord refused to believe there was mould there and did not help me get rid of it.
