4 bedroom property. Nothing about the interior has been updated for about twenty years, maybe a layer of paint. However, there is a new door and double glazing windows. Inside the walls are not soundproof at all in any rooms. Black mould in some rooms when moved in. Rusting in parts of the bathroom, and the lock was broken when we moved in - a petty slider lock that was too small was fitted on. Dusty blinds, curtains and lamp shades. 3 rooms are good sizes, one tiny box room. 2 bad small bed frames. Dirt on mattresses. Garden is small, at the side of property. Garden gates have no proper locks, so anyone from outside could walk in. Bathroom pipes leaked into Kitchen after 2 weeks of living in the house.
