The property was, to give it its due, clean and looked after. It is a former 2 storey house split into 2 flats. Ours was on the ground floor, with the other on the first floor. The property suffered from very poor sound insulation and you can hear everything from the flat above. If you don't like noise at all hours during the day/night, probably not the best place to live.
