Property was in good condition, but very cold for to being open plan. Heating is electric radiators and to try and keep warm ended up with an annual electric bill of over £5500, landlord seemed deluded and thought that cos it had solar water heating it was fine. 2 bedrooms and a bath room had mould issues.
