Landlord was OK, but only seemed interested in making us cut the hedge. Usually slow to fix problems and tried to say that mould was not a problem. Also tried to say property was energy efficient, but when talking to the electric supply company they stated that the house had always been very expensive on the electric

Property was in good condition, but very cold for to being open plan. Heating is electric radiators and to try and keep warm ended up with an annual electric bill of over £5500, landlord seemed deluded and thought that cos it had solar water heating it was fine. 2 bedrooms and a bath room had mould issues.
