One of the bedrooms was a third the size of the others and rented at the same price. Two of the bedrooms had black mould in the walls. Kitchen had damp, we spent months with half a kitchen floor so that it could dry out. The "second toilet" advertised was in a cupboard too small to sit down on the toilet with the door locked without knocking your legs, and adjacent to the kitchen. Had mice for a few months, landlord flat out refused to use humane traps.
