The worst place I’ve ever ever stayed in my life. Disgusting and filthy.

Absolutely grim state upon moving in. SO many things she said she would fix / re do before moving in (e.g. new surfaces, new washing machine, new bike shed) - clearly all lies. Full of mold and damp. Took months of hassling to do anything about it. Water leaked into our electricity from the horrible roofing - she never fixed this. Never once attended to the garden to the extent we have overgrown weeds everywhere.
