The condition of the property was generally good, we kept it clean and the rooms were painted nicely. Great property as a uni household, not overly modern, except the bathroom was quite well up to date. We liked our living situation and the house so much that we stayed for the duration of our 2nd and 3rd years at uni.

House felt like a home! Modern bathroom, with a lovely outdoor space and so many communal areas which was amazing for a student house!
