Landlord rating

Liz is a lovely landlord. Herself and her husband were always supportive and would make time to come over to fix anything that needs emergent attention. We would always be warned if any gas/electric checks were due which was nice.

Property rating

The condition of the property was generally good, we kept it clean and the rooms were painted nicely. Great property as a uni household, not overly modern, except the bathroom was quite well up to date. We liked our living situation and the house so much that we stayed for the duration of our 2nd and 3rd years at uni.
