An absolute disgrace. There is damp in several parts of the property. I have lost count of how many water leaks I have experienced since moving in. The toilet didn't work properly when I moved in and had to be replaced as did the oven, The intercom was broken and the entrance light wasn't working.
When I viewed the property I was told by the maintenance man that the front of property was was going to be renovated but after moving in he completely denied he had said that. These are just of what can only be described as a catalogue of disasters from the day I moved in. Most recently I reported my landlord and agent to Westminster Council who are sending a housing officer to inspect the property.
