We got what we paid for but the house was prone to damp and mould which was not helped by a leak in the roof. It was extremely hard to heat as ceilings were tall and no doors to stop heat just rising up the ceiling of second floor. Garden was a tiny concrete square with zero privacy. Included creepy neighbour who invited himself over several times.
