Lots of storage, kitchen mostly new, good water pressure.
Furniture and fixtures are all quite cheap except the items I bought (bed frame, sofa, dining table - all to replace items he had that were falling apart or dated styles, eg a chrome and glass dining table with white leather chairs)
Great character in the living room and bedroom ceiling and crown molding. Huge living room, decent sized kitchen and bathroom for a single person
Nice windows, especially for the age of the house
