2bed property in good location. General condition of the property is good, however there is a major issue with the hot water/heating supply from the communal boiler room, which is not being fixed due to unorganised leaseholder representation resulting in very low water pressure and numerous total loss of hot water/heating during our 2 year long tenancy.
