Kitchen ceiling leaked. Leak in bungalow attached. Did not do repairs until time to raise rent. Took one year for window to be repaired in room. Things were never fixed on time. Sink collapsed and nothing was done for a while. Boiler kept shutting off. Electric/gas meters were never topped up on time (leaving us with no hot water or heating in winter)
