A really lovely new build that is unfortunately slowly falling into disrepair, not as bad as some places but the place is getting grimier and grimier. The internet which comes with the flat (Glide) and is otherwise not in the exchange anywhere, making it hard to switch provider, regularly drops out or freezes up.
The lifts have got much slower, often two out of four dont move at all. The place is also not terribly clean, though when the sofas in the lobby get pretty dirty they do actually replace them.
Infact the presentation of the building is quite good, the flats on the other hand are not what they seem.
Our flat has a gap in the door and lets the cold air in, the laminate flooring is lifting throughout the flat, the carpet in the bedroom is stained with oil(?) and literally sheds constantly. Our flat was also just extremely dirty when we moved in.
