Flat was old like my grandma, very poor insulation (had to reseal all the windows), mold everywhere, had to change the laundry machine (old and dirty), even the fridge (noisy and the sealing was compromised so it couldn't be closed). The shower tray was a left over from WW2, made out of plastic, and bent, at one point it started to leak and stain the ceiling. Furniture was awful. The mattress was unhygienic, completely yellow, old and cheap as hell (but the rent wasn't cheap at all), I had to seal it (and I'm also allergic to dust mites) and use a topper.
