The flat is a mess, when we got into the property it had a lot of broken stuff.
It is an old flat that needs repairs and we have paid for the repairs with our own money because the landlord blames us for the imperfections.
The flat has suffered water leaks a couple of times that we have had to repair and due to the humidity it attracted flies, mice and mites. The landlord did not recognize the expense and blamed us for the situation.
My mother is an elderly person and due to the mite infestation she has suffered skin diseases.
