Condition when I moved in was old and worn down, with asbestos all throughout. Rent was over charged and landlord did no safety checks, gas checks and given no permanent contract. Three bedrooms.
Lived there for 9 years and was thrown onto the street with my children and moved into a hotel. My belongings where all thrown out by the landlord even though I had nowhere to store them.
