The building was dirty and poorly maintained, with a lift broken for over a year. The fire safety is questionable, with flats at the end of very long corridors with no alternative exit. External walls were prone to damp and mould and the flats are poorly ventilated. AirBnB neighbours would leave stinky rubbish inside, and there was often disgusting waste strewn around the courtyard.
