Was an okay property at first, realised after moving in that a lot of repairs needed to be done. Biggest issue was the boiler, hot water and heating did not work properly while I lived in the property. Landlord would only send her boyfriend to do temp repairs as she would not spend money for repairs.

Became very hot in summer as is in a loft, landlord claimed to be installing air conditioning as a feature but it was a broken tube hanging out the window. Also could be very dark because of again being in a loft.

Parking and traffic were poor as it was on a busy road with a set of traffic lights, the landlord actively taking my parking space when visiting unannounced. Neighbour was nice and helped me as he was aware of the issues from previous tentants.
