The house was terrible. Damp. Mouldy. Little to no insulation. Carpets and floors work and uneven - nails sticking out, Desperately needed to be redone but they kept painting over everything in white paint. Deposit took over a month tto come back and that was after cashing them. No certificate of deposit protection. Broken furniture. Save yourself the hassle and rent from someone else. Thankful to have moved out when we did or would have reported them to environmental health.
