Although it seems nice at first sight, this house has many issues. It was one issue after the other when we lived there. In my opinion the landlady tries to not fix anything she does not absolutely have to fix. When I mopped the floor for the check out, two tiles got damaged. We think it's because there has been water ingress under the floor caused by her disrepair. I'd avoid living there.
