I am the lady who left the room 2 weeks ago. The live in landlady is a senior citizen and is a nightmare. The letting agency (RSA) is owned by her son Rizwan, her name is Mrs Tahseen. The place is eternally infested with mice, especially this room (3 different holes). IF You're going for a viewing ask her to move the bed away and check the hole near the heating switch 😄 see picture .The girl you will share with is a 22 YO Albanian/Greek girl (Frosina) who smokes weed All night long. I told the landlady early.moring before I left thar I am injured so won't be continuing (regular) cleaning and totally understand of a deposit claim . When I was headed away she ran a hysteria, blocked my way, asked me to hand her 10 pounds immediately. I asked her, "Did you hear anything I said a while ago?" Her hysteria ended by me leaving she took one of the open garbage with dust and mouse posion that was dusting and threw at me while I was headed downstairs (see.video). This contained mouse poison placed by pest control a couple of days before I left, which the mice tore apart the same night and spread all over my stuff. She was well.aware that the problem requires infrastructure repair.
Now her deposit claim doesn't hand a VAT invoice form registered company and is asking me to share decontamination after a mouse from underneath the bed (see.pics of mouse poison pouch) Her grandkids visit quite often and make a lot of noise so the place is bad news for students/ work at home professionals.
I had a parcel arriving late after I left. She took it away and refused to reply to me when I asked about it. Although she always keeps any letters sent to previous tenants and asked me to give her my new address. I left her some handy stuff before I left (see the video, a pricey mattress protector, some detergents and products above the mini fridge) asked her if she'd like them or I should throw them away, she said yes I do want them, but then took the picture as an evidence of a chaotic place.
The kitchen is also too too small to be shared with 3 individuals if you're into too much cooking
