Nice property overall, a bit on the small side but with a big garden. Modern and redecorated before we moved in (with the previous tenant's deposit probably).
Weird electric issues with led light bulbs needing to be replaced unusually often and lights flickering when turning on shower which was ignored/brushed off by landlord as 'electrician said it was fine' until we were moving out, at which point they acted like hearing about this for the first time.
Ah, also there was a bird nest in the ceiling above our head in the bedroom, accessed through a hole under the roof, which apparently is ok according to the landlord.
