There is a poor heating system installed which has a timer to avoid it staying on for a reasonable amount of time. So the rooms do not warm up. The carpet is heavily stained. The rooms are all single glazed so they are very cold. The room has a broken window and a cheap, poorly made secondary “glaze” covering it. So it cannot be opened and a draft is a constant problem. It has been like this since I moved in. There is an infestation of rats, entering the property from the attic. The room has damage on the walls which were hidden behind furniture. The promised wifi is almost unusable at less than 1MB per second speed. Which is very poor as I work from home. The company is very unresponsive and unreliable with all communication.
